From the creators of Queen Mary’s Dark Harbor is bringing an all new haunted attraction towards Orlando, Florida entitled “Dark Horizon: Point of No Return” in which it will be bringing three haunted houses, numerous bars, private Bootlegger parties and more. The announcement was first made back in July of this year and more details were shared at the Halloween and horror convention, Midsummer Scream at the Long Beach Convention Center.

Dark Horizon will be on the back lot behind the Holiday Inn Suites-Water Park on Road 536 as this was the former location of the Nickelodeon Suites. Recently new details were shared for a secret bar that will be within one of the haunted houses for Dark Horizon and will be called “Looters Liar”.

“There will be a secret bar located in one of our haunted houses. Access is only granted to those lucky enough to acquire a vintage gold coin,” said Charity Hill, executive co-producer of Dark Horizon. “Select cast and crew members throughout the event possess gold coins for the taking. These coins provide a mystifying clue hinting at the location of an access point.”

Guests can obtain coins by interacting with the monsters and characters, search for clues on social media and even from a Dark Horizon bartender.

Their is one catch though towards Dark Horizon… if your brave and meaning your really really brave enough to do it. The creative team at Dark Horizon is offering an unique experience towards selected and hardcore Halloween guests. The experience is called “Terror It Up” that will test guests’s fate through all of the haunted houses and the rest of the event it’s self.

“Terror-Up is not for the faint of heart. Those guests that are daring enough to Terror-Up with us at Dark Horizon might be separated from their group while inside a haunted house. They could be guided into a dark, secret passageway no other guests have access to. They might get stuck in a small nook or cranny; and, of course, the monsters will be certain to pay extra special attention to them,” said Steve Sheldon, executive co-producer for Dark Horizon. “If at any time the experience is too scary for the guest, they can just simply drop the talisman on the ground and the Terror-Up experience will end.”

The limited time haunted attraction was suppose to start on October 4 due towards setbacks because of Hurricane Dorian and will open up for business instead on October 10 with two new dates added towards the calendar for October 13 and October 30 according to the Orlando Sentinel.

Dark Horizon: Point of No Return will begin on October 10 till November 2 on selected nights. General admission will start at $20 online which includes; Happy Haunting Hour, Fast Fright, Evil Express, Ultimate Scream tickets and Storm Cellar R.I.P. Lounge keys available.
