Disneyland Paris celebrated France’s national day with an all-new nighttime spectacular above Sleeping Beauty Castle on July 14, 2026.
Tinker Bell led guests on a trip around the world through Disney and Pixar stories while projections covered the castle and a one-of-a-kind drone display filled the sky overhead. Disney Experiences shared official photos and b-roll following the Bastille Day performance. The media package included landscape and vertical b-roll versions of the show.
A new Bastille Day spectacular at Disneyland Paris
The July 14 production celebrated France’s national day. Official images show Sleeping Beauty Castle changing colors as beams, projections and large drone formations appeared above the park.
Disney said Tinker Bell led guests through beloved Disney and Pixar stories. Disney did not provide a complete list of the featured stories, the show’s runtime or the number of drones used.
Mickey and Minnie join the celebration
Disney’s official photo package also included Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse dressed in coordinated red-and-white outfits for the national-day celebration, with Sleeping Beauty Castle visible behind them.
Disney described the July 14 performance as a Bastille Day spectacular and did not announce additional show dates or confirm whether it will return in future years.
Across the official gallery, the castle shifts from deep red and pink to blue and green while the drones form rings and other large shapes above the rooftops. The photos also show castle projections, aerial formations and lighting across the surrounding buildings.

The release called the drone display “one-of-a-kind,” but it did not identify the technology behind it. The official images show the castle, projections and aerial elements together during the Bastille Day celebration.
Disneyland Paris also shared video from the celebration on its official Instagram account.
