The city of Anaheim in California has approved plans for Disneyland to build their new Disney Vacation Club tower.

A few months ago, it was revealed that Disney put forward plans to add a new Disney Vacation Club tower to the Disneyland Hotel which at the time was pending approval.

These plans have now been approved by the Planning Commission Report.

According to the report, Disney has been approved to construct a DVC tower which will be twelve stories and hold up to 350 rooms.

The hotel will be located within the Disneyland Hotel property between the existing Disneyland Hotel Convention Center and the Frontier Tower.
