Walt Disney World announced today that they will be canceling Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party at Disney’s Magic Kingdom, as well as H2O Glow Nights which was scheduled to occur at Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon.

Disney made the decision for Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party based on the fact that most of the party’s main attractions – shows, fireworks and parades – would not be able to occur due to the current environment with COVID-19.

Guests who have already bought tickets to both of these events will receive refunds over the next few weeks.

As for Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party and EPCOT’s International Festival of the Holidays, Disney is continuing to monitor the situation closely and will make a decision on those in the future.
