The Frozen-inspired land, announced as Arendelle: World of Frozen back in November 2016, is currently being developed; not just at Hong Kong Disneyland Resort, but also Tokyo DisneySea and Walt Disney Studios Park in Paris.
The land expansion is estimated to be opened in December 2021 and will be located between It’s a Small World and Toy Story Land at Hong Kong Disneyland Resort.

Concept art was also released by Disney in November 2016, giving guests an idea of what the land will look and feel like once it is complete.
You can see the Sliding Sleighs and Frozen Ever After areas separated by a lake.
Wandering Oaken’s Sliding Sleighs and Frozen Ever After are the only two planned attractions that have been officially announced by Disney, the latter debuted in EPCOT’s Norway Pavilion.
