Disney has released a new trailer for Pixar’s Soul, ahead of it’s delayed release on December 25 exclusively on Disney+.

Soul was originally scheduled to be released on June 19 in the United States, however, due to the Coronavirus pandemic, this was pushed back to November 20.

However, Walt Disney Pictures have now made the decision to digitally release the film exclusively on Disney+ on December 25.

The movie premiered last Sunday at the BFI London Film Festival.

Unlike Mulan, Soul will be free on December 25 for all Disney+ subscribers without requiring an additional fee.

Soul follows a middle school band teacher, Joe Gardener, who’s dream is to be in a professional jazz band. However, during an accident, his soul separates from his body, and goes on a journey to find the true meaning of life.
