Guide to the Krewe Crawl Scavenger Hunt at Universal Orlando’s Mardi Gras
Explore the Krewe Crawl at Universal’s Mardi Gras, where you find skeletons around Universal Studios Florida to earn a prize.
Mardi Gras is going on now through March 28th at Universal Studios Florida. In addition to catching beads, seeing the floats, and partaking in international food & drinks from over a dozen food booths, you can also join the Krewe Crawl at this year’s event.
To join in the hunt, visit one of the participating gift shops inside the theme park (full list below) and purchase your Krewe Crawl guide map. The map costs $7.95, but it will earn you a special prize at the end, even if you don’t locate all of the “treasures.”
According to the official description, this hunt is a “journey of discovery… featuring the rich heritage of Mardi Gras as told through the eyes of our pirate skeleton crew.”
Visit each of the locations located on the guide map and receive a stamp from a Team Member at the shop. There are 12 locations to explore.
Once complete, you can redeem your prize at Silver Screen Collectibles near the front of the park, located between the Betty Boop and Hello Kitty shops.

The prize for completing the crawl are three special Mardi Gras beaded necklaces, including one designed as bones and one with a carnaval mask at the end!
You can get your prize even if you didn’t collect all of the stamps at all of the locations, but what’s the fun in that?
