Disney has given fans a first look at the food and drinks heading to the 2026 EPCOT International Flower and Garden Festival, and there is plenty of new flavor to get excited about. The festival runs from March 4 through June 1, spanning a full 90 days of outdoor kitchens, garden displays, and the Garden Rocks Concert Series.
As we covered in our earlier breakdown of festival dates and the concert lineup, this year’s event brings a full slate of entertainment. Now we know what you’ll be eating while you enjoy the music.
New Outdoor Kitchen: Nectar
The biggest addition this year is a brand-new Outdoor Kitchen called Nectar. The debut item revealed so far is the Coconut Panna Cotta, which features cherry gelée, matcha crumb, a citrus cookie, plant-based meringue, and flower confetti. It looks as colorful as the festival gardens themselves.
New Dishes Across the Festival
Several returning Outdoor Kitchens are getting fresh menu items this year. At La Isla Fresca, two new dishes are joining the lineup. The Shrimp Ceviche comes with mango, avocado, cucumber, lime, cilantro, tomato, and jalapeño, served alongside plantain chips. The booth is also adding a Coconut-Chocolate Flan Bizcocho featuring chocolate cake, coconut custard, and passion fruit caramel.
Trowel and Trellis is bringing the heat with new Miso Cola-Glazed Sticky Pork Ribs, topped with spicy pickled peppers and peanuts. Beach Grub has a new Strawberry-Basil Lemonade made with Minute Maid Premium Lemonade and strawberry-hibiscus syrup, garnished with basil. The booth will also serve an Orange Cream Bar with vanilla-bean mousse covered in a chocolate shell and marshmallow meringue.
Returning Favorites
Several crowd-pleasers are making a comeback this year. The Blackened Fish Slider returns to Florida Fresh, served with fried green tomato and Cajun rémoulade on a brioche bun. Yacht Grub will once again offer the Trio of Dips and Chips with house-made potato chips, whipped feta and candied lemon, caramelized onion dip and caviar, and pimento cheese and pickles.
The Lemon Tart is moving from The Citrus Blossom to Yacht Grub this year, keeping its lemon curd, blood orange fluid gel, plant-based meringue, and raspberry powder. The Limoncello-Basil Sparkling Cocktail (renamed from the Lemon Sparkling Cocktail) returns as well.
Other returnees include the Avocado Toast at Brunchcot, the Hibiscus Lemonade Cocktail at EPCOT Farmers Feast, and the Chicken and Waffles at The Honey Bee-stro.
