The post leans into the food-obsessed corner of the Pixar universe, and it is a well-stocked corner. Several Pixar films have food as a central theme, and those themes translate directly into some of the best dining and snacking in any Disney park.
Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure at EPCOT
The Pixar-food connection is most literal at EPCOT’s France pavilion, where Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure is the anchor ride. The attraction shrinks guests down to rat size for a chase through Gusteau’s restaurant, and the dining options surrounding it match the theme. La Creperie de Paris in the France pavilion is one of the more popular table-service spots in World Showcase, and it pairs naturally with the Ratatouille area.
Pixar Pier at Disney California Adventure
Pixar Pier at Disney California Adventure has some of the most distinctive quick-service food in any Disney park. The options there are built around specific Pixar properties:
- Lamplight Lounge is the full-service restaurant on the waterfront, with a menu that goes well beyond typical theme park fare and a Pixar art collection throughout the space
- Angry Dogs, themed to Anger from Inside Out, serves hot dogs with a fittingly fiery energy
- Poultry Palace is a Toy Story-themed chicken and turkey counter in the Toy Story Boardwalk section of Pixar Pier
Pixar Films With Food at the Center
The Pixar filmography has food running through it in ways that are easy to overlook until you start listing them.
