Disney Cruise Line has officially named Tracy Wilson as its new Senior Vice President and General Manager of Operations, succeeding Sharon Siskie, who is retiring after 31 years with The Walt Disney Company.

Wilson is a 30-year Disney veteran who most recently served as SVP of Finance at Disney Signature Experiences, where she played a key role in helping lead the cruise fleet’s massive expansion plan — which will grow the fleet to 13 ships by 2031.
A Legacy of Leadership
Siskie’s retirement marks the end of an era for Disney Cruise Line. She joined Disney in 1994 and worked across Walt Disney World, Disney Vacation Club, Disney Destinations, and Disney Parks & Resorts before moving to the cruise line in 2017 — first as SVP of Commercial Strategy and then as the overall SVP and General Manager.
Before Disney, Siskie spent five years at Premier Cruise Lines as a District Sales Manager, making her eventual leadership of Disney Cruise Line feel like a full-circle moment.

What This Means Going Forward
Wilson takes over at a pivotal time for Disney Cruise Line. The fleet is in the middle of its most ambitious expansion ever, with the Disney Adventure joining the lineup in 2026 and multiple new ships planned through 2031. That’s a jump from 5 ships just a few years ago to 13 by the end of the decade — an unprecedented pace of growth for the brand.
The leadership transition signals continuity rather than disruption. Wilson’s deep financial background and direct involvement in planning the fleet expansion suggests Disney is prioritizing operational execution as these new ships come online.
Siskie announced her retirement back in November 2025, giving the company several months to plan a smooth handover. In her LinkedIn announcement at the time, she wrote: “Disney isn’t just a company — it’s a source of joy, creativity and innovation. Being part of that mission has truly been the honor of a lifetime.”
