Our sources
Theme Park Shark publishes news from official sources only: park and company press releases, official blogs, verified official social media accounts, and on-the-ground reporting by our team. Fan sites and unverified accounts are treated as leads, never as sources. We do not publish rumors, permit filings, trademark speculation, or embargoed material.
How we verify
Every article passes an automated editorial checklist (dates, prices, names, sources, and links verified against the official source) and an independent fact-check before publishing. If a claim cannot be traced to an official source, it does not run.
Corrections
When a reader or our own review finds a factual error, we verify the claim against primary sources. If we got it wrong, we correct the article promptly and credit the catch. If you spot something, tell us: [email protected] or @ThemeParkShark on X.
How we work
Theme Park Shark uses automation and AI-assisted tools for research, drafting, and data analysis, under human editorial standards, direction, and review. Our wait-time data is collected directly by us every 10 minutes across nine major U.S. theme parks and powers our live wait pages and data reporting.
