We’re less than a month away from the historic opening of Horror Unleashed, Universal’s newest year-round horror venture whose first location will be situated in glamorous Las Vegas, Nevada. Recently, Horror Unleashed’s social media accounts – along with the official corporate communication channels of Universal Destinations & Experiences – revealed the new wave of Horror Unleashed merch that will be available for sale within the venue’s highly anticipated themed retail areas.
Theme Park Shark has covered Horror Unleashed news in the past, with four houses and several new experiences expected to take place inside of the 100,000 square foot venue that will be opening in August 2025 as part of the already popular Area 15 art district. This is, however, the first time that merchandise has been revealed for the venue, and gives guests a sneak peek at what to expect from the overall offerings. With Seven different merch lines revealed – One for each of the four houses, a Logo collection, a Jack the Clown collection, and a Chucky line – these scary cool collector’s items, accessories, and apparel are sure to help you blend in with all the freaks and monsters inside the Horror Unleashed warehouse.
Universal Horror Unleashed

It’s nice to see that Universal isn’t skimping on the Vegas theme with the official logo collection – the poker chip pins, keychains, and what appears to be a magnet are nice touches to the collection and perfect souvenirs for those visiting the venue. Tumblers, hats, and spirit jerseys are also on the table with the collection, offering a wide range of personal items in apparel and accessories to let guests wear their experiences on their sleeve (or hats, as it were).
A common thread throughout the Horror Unleahsed merch lines, the toe tags are a nice touch, giving a themed flair to an otherwise mundane aspect of merchandise.
Texas Chainsaw Massacre

The Texas Chainsaw Massacre merchandise also offers a nice array of items, including a personal journal and a chainsaw-shaped bottle opener, which is really cute. It comes pre-bloodied!
Backpacks, crossbodies, and fanny packs have returned to popularity in recent years, and Universal is definitely capitalizing on it with the new Texas Chainsaw Massacre crossbody. Anyone who frequents the theme parks can tell you the importance of a good, functional bag – and Horror Unleashed will be no exception.
Jack the Clown

Ever since the venue’s announcement all the way back in 2023, fans knew that Jack the Clown was going to play a pivotal role in the marketing. A Halloween Horror Nights Icon from the Orlando event, Jack is quite possibly the most recognizable Icon and the face of HHN as a whole – or, at least he is here in Orlando.
It’s hardly a surprise to see a line of Jack the Clown merchandise released for the Horror Unleashed collections, as Jack is running the show in Vegas as well. What is a pretty pleasant surprise is the variety of items that fans will be able to get their hands on at this venue, including what appears to be a tank top modeled after Chance’s 2015 costume (which you can see her wearing in the marketable plushie they turned her into).
The designs for this line of Jack the Clown merchandise recall to mind the designs for Universal Orlando’s 2015 event, in which Jack took over the park for the event’s 25th anniversary, transforming the park into his own personal carnival of carnage.
Now where’s the comically oversized blender?
Universal Monsters

One of the most highly anticipated houses featured at Horror Unleashed’s inaugural lineup is Universal Monsters, which was a fan-favorite house at Universal Orlando’s 2019 event, kicking off a long line of houses that followed, with new entries in the house’s franchise being released over the next five consecutive years – a frequency nearly unheard of for Halloween Horror Nights houses, but for good reason.
The Universal Monsters merchandise seems to follow the design elements of the houses themselves, with dark tones backlighting bold colors; pins and fanny packs make a return for this collection, as well as various apparel items.
The Exorcist: Believer

Exorcist: Believer is one of the most recent houses in Halloween Horror Nights history, and certainly the most recent house to be featured at Horror Unleashed, having made its debut at the both the Hollywood and Orlando events in 2023. Based on the Blumhouse film from the same year, the merchandise features iconography from the film and the Exorcist franchise as a whole, making for one creepy collection straight from the depths of Hell.
Scarecrow: The Reaping

Scarecrow: The Reaping is another highly-anticipated house to be returning in its Horror Unleashed incarnation; an original from Orlando, this house features a depression-era Midwestern flair, utilizing earthy tones, burlap textures, and the one of the house’s titular scarecrows miniaturized in adorable huggable plushie form. Featuring a drawstring backpack and some downright eerie jewelry, this collection features bold art against neutral backgrounds, making it an exceptionally stand-out look.
With crows and severed eyeballs being incorporated into mainline Halloween Horror Nights merch on both coasts over the last few years, this collection and its accessories may prove to be evergreen in the always-changing landscape of Halloween Horror Nights.
Chucky

While not truly featured within the Horror Unleashed venue, Universal’s creative teams handling the merch releases couldn’t help but sneak the lovable little guy in. Chucky and friends have been staples at Halloween Horror Nights for years, and always a hit with the fans. Love him or hate him, it makes sense for him to be featured in a collection all his own at Horror Unleashed. Typical of the Chucky brand, most of the Horror Unleashed merch line features bright primary colors and vintage designs to mimic popular design elements of the 70s and 80s toy industry.
And look! You can even take home a little Chucky doll of your own! Don’t even worry about the eight movies about what that’s a bad idea.
