Disney Store Japan’s popular Sakura Collection is back with a new lineup of cherry blossom-themed Urupocha-Chan plush, along with upcoming Zootopia additions arriving later this month. The new merchandise is available on DisneyStore.com, according to the Disney Parks Blog.
New Sakura Urupocha-Chan Plush
The new Sakura Collection features pastel pink plush inspired by Japanese cherry blossoms. This year’s collection offers even more characters and types of plush to choose from compared to last year’s very popular Sakura Plush Collection from Disney Store Japan, which was one of the first international arrivals on DisneyStore.com.
Disney Store SMS, email, and app subscribers have early access to the pint-sized Sakura Urupocha-Chan plush starting today, February 17. The plush go on sale to the general public starting February 18 and are available while supplies last.
The Sakura Urupocha-Chan collection includes the following characters:
- Stitch
- Winnie the Pooh
- Eeyore
- Piglet
- Tigger
- Marie from The Aristocats

What Are Urupocha-Chan Plush?
Urupocha-Chan plush are cuddly, palm-sized plushies from Disney Store Japan. The line has featured characters from across Disney franchises, with previous collections on DisneyStore.com including Frozen-inspired Urupocha-Chan plush featuring Anna, Elsa, Olaf, and Sven. The plush have become a popular part of the international merchandise releases on DisneyStore.com since the program launched last year.
Zootopia Plush Coming Later in February
Even more Urupocha-Chan plush are coming to DisneyStore.com later in February as well. Fans will love these cuddly, palm-sized plushies inspired by Judy Hopps, Nick Wilde, Officer Clawhauser, and other favorite characters from Zootopia.
