Hong Kong Disneyland Resort reported fiscal year 2025 results on April 28, with HK$8.694 billion in revenue, HK$536 million in net profit, and 7.5 million guests during the resort’s 20th anniversary year.
For guests, the results point to a resort still investing in events, entertainment, and regional travel demand after World of Frozen and the 20th anniversary celebration helped keep visitation strong.

The results
Hong Kong Disneyland said fiscal year 2025 ran from September 29, 2024, through September 27, 2025. The resort reported HK$8.694 billion in revenue, HK$1.989 billion in earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortisation, and HK$536 million in net profit.
Attendance totaled 7.5 million guests for the year. Overall hotel occupancy increased by six percentage points to 79%, and per-capita guest spending rose 2% year over year to a record high, according to the resort.
The loan milestone
Hong Kong Disneyland also said it had fully repaid the outstanding balance of term loans from its shareholders by the end of fiscal year 2025. The resort described that as the first time in its history that it was loan-free.
The company framed the performance as especially notable because of Hong Kong outbound travel demand, uncertain macroeconomic conditions, and extreme weather in Hong Kong during 2025.
The anniversary push
The fiscal year included the launch of Hong Kong Disneyland’s 20th anniversary celebration, “The Most Magical Party of All!,” in June 2025. The event included the “Friendtastic!” parade, “Disney Friends Live: Party at the Castle!,” and “Momentous: Party in the Night Sky.”

The resort also pointed to regional marketing work across the Chinese Mainland and other key markets, plus travel trade events in Tokyo, Singapore, Seoul, and Manila.
What is next
Hong Kong Disneyland said its expansion work is continuing, including upcoming Pixar-themed and Marvel-themed attractions. The resort did not announce opening dates for those projects in the fiscal year 2025 results release.
For theme park fans, the most practical takeaway is that Hong Kong Disneyland is reporting stable demand while continuing to position new entertainment and expansion projects as part of its next growth phase.
