Recently, Theme Park Shark took a look at the food offerings that Universal Studios Hollywood would be bringing to the park in celebration of their newest summer event, Mega Movie Summer, which promises to be the best day in L.A. – and judging from the exceptional designs of their fan-favorite foods like the Shark Fin Funnel Cake or the return of the Back to the Future foods from Universal’s Fan Fest Nights, it’s already shaping up to be a killer summer over in California!
But there’s more to the best summer ever than just food (no, really!), and Universal Studios Hollywood is delivering. Starting June 13th and running all the way through August 10th, Universal Studios Hollywood is offering some new experiences along with all the old favorites for a true blockbuster summer.
Guests can now take home a part of their favorite movies with a new merch line dedicated to this summer event, with new designs across some of Universal’s most popular franchises that offer modern but timeless keepsakes from your best day ever at Universal Studios Hollywood; each piece of merchandise themed to some of your favorite films, characters, and locations,
Dino-mite Gifts at Jurassic World
Along with the existing merchandise guests can find, a new line of Jurassic World merchandise will be excavated this summer at Universal Studios Hollywood, giving guests the chance to get their claws one some unique and elegant apparel, like either of the two new long-sleeve tops that Universal has debuted for this event.
To celebrate the upcoming release of the latest film in the Jurassic World series, which stomps into theaters July 2nd, 2025, guests can now grab these two new apparel items: the Jurassic World Rebirth Hoodie (left) and the Jurassic World Rebirth Spirit Jersey (right) both featuring famous iconography from the Jurassic Park franchise, these new apparel items are versatile and comfortable, with expertly crafted designs to evoke some of the grittiest aspects of the Jurassic world.

Guests can also get their hands on this Jurassic World Rebirth fanny pack, which is a must-have item for any theme park day. The fanny pack is a staple of theme park culture, and has seen a resurgence in popularity over the last decade after being left behind in the 90s for a short period of time – but she’s back and bigger than ever, and this Jurassic World Rebirth-printed cloth fanny pack just proves it!

Celebrating the milestone 50th anniversary of this industry-changing film, Jaws is taking over Universal Studios Hollywood in a colossal way, with store transformation bringing guests right into the heart of Amity Island, and new merchandise featuring some of the most famous iconography from the film.
For a limited time, guests can dive into the brand-new merch line for Jaws, featuring summer-inspired prints on classic and practical items like coolers, hats, plushies, tank tops, and t-shirts. You don’t need a time machine to grab these retro looks! Check out the new Back to the Future themed apparel and accessories that are hitting our timeline this summer!
