Busch Gardens Tampa Bay is bringing back the Food, Wine and Garden Festival for 2026, running every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from March 6 through May 10. The festival features more than 65 menu items, 20 live concerts, and new garden elements inspired by animals throughout the park.
New Food and Returning Favorites

New dishes for 2026 include the Red Wine-Braised Short Rib and Herb-Crusted Lamb Steak. Returning favorites include the Cajun Lobster Roll and Smoked Chicken and White Cheddar Mac and Cheese. On the sweet side, the festival is adding Mini Bananas Foster Crepes and a Mixed Berry Tart to the dessert lineup.

With more than 65 menu items across the festival, guests can pair food with wines, craft brews, and cocktails at various cabins throughout the park. Sampler Lanyards start at $65.00 and are redeemable at multiple locations. Pass Members get additional items for the same price.

New Garden Elements
New for 2026, the festival is adding garden elements inspired by animals, including topiaries and plant sculptures placed throughout the park. This is in addition to the existing 300 acres of attractions and the park’s AZA-accredited zoo featuring more than 16,000 animals.
Annual Pass Access
Busch Gardens Annual Passes start at $15.00 per month with no down payment and include access to every Food, Wine and Garden concert. Pass Members also get free guest tickets, free parking on select tiers, free Busch Bucks to spend in the park, and early access to the upcoming Lion and Hyena Ridge opening this spring.
