Disney Experiences announced a new round of leadership changes on Tuesday, March 10, 2026, with Thomas Mazloum named chairman of Disney Experiences as Josh D’Amaro prepares to become chief executive officer of The Walt Disney Company.
The move reshapes several top roles across Disney’s parks, cruise, international, and consumer products businesses. According to Disney, all of the changes will report to Mazloum and will take effect on March 18, 2026.

Thomas Mazloum moves into the top Disney Experiences role
Mazloum succeeds D’Amaro as chairman of Disney Experiences, a division that includes Disney’s theme parks, cruise ships, resort hotels, adventures and expeditions, consumer products, and Walt Disney Imagineering.
Disney said Mazloum brings operational experience from several parts of the business. Before the appointment, Mazloum served as president of Disneyland Resort, where Disney said he oversaw Disneyland Park, Disney California Adventure, the resort hotels, and the Downtown Disney District during the resort’s 70th anniversary celebration.
Earlier in his Disney career, Mazloum held senior leadership roles at Walt Disney World Resort and later became president of Disney Signature Experiences. Disney credited that period with helping shape a long-term growth plan that included doubling the Disney Cruise Line fleet. The company also pointed to the recent launch of the Disney Adventure in Singapore, the line’s eighth ship and first homeported vessel in Asia.
Before joining Disney, Mazloum worked in European luxury hospitality and later served as chief operating officer of Crystal Cruise Line.
“Thomas Mazloum is an exceptional leader with a genuine appreciation for our cast members and a proven track record of delivering growth,” D’Amaro said in the company announcement.

Disneyland Resort, international parks, and consumer products also get new presidents
Disney also announced three additional leadership appointments as part of the same reorganization:
- Jill Estorino becomes president of Disneyland Resort.
- Tasia Filippatos becomes president of Disney Parks International.
- Lisa Baldzicki becomes president of Disney Consumer Products.
Estorino, who most recently served as president of Disney Parks International, will now lead Disneyland Resort. Disney said Estorino has spent 35 years in leadership roles across the company, including executive vice president of global marketing and sales for Disney Parks, Experiences and Products. The company also noted Estorino played a role in the grand opening of Shanghai Disney Resort and most recently oversaw Disney’s international parks and resorts portfolio.

Filippatos shifts from Disney Consumer Products to Disney Parks International, where Disney said she will oversee Disneyland Paris, Hong Kong Disneyland, Shanghai Disney Resort, Tokyo Disney Resort in partnership with Oriental Land Company, and the planned Abu Dhabi park in partnership with Miral.
Baldzicki, most recently head of Parks Product Development & Retail for Disney Consumer Products, was promoted to president of Disney Consumer Products. Disney said the division includes licensing across more than 100 product categories and reaches more than 180 countries.
What Disney said about the transition
D’Amaro described the changes as part of what Disney called an “unprecedented period of growth” for Disney Experiences. The company said the transition process will begin in the next few weeks ahead of the March 18 effective date.
The announcement comes during a period of continued expansion for Disney’s experiences business, including growth in the cruise fleet and ongoing development across the company’s international parks portfolio. Earlier this month, Disney leadership said its parks business still has more demand than supply and sees decades of growth ahead.
