2025 is here!! We hope everyone had a joyous and safe New Year, and now to help us all celebrate the coming of a new exciting year, Disney has released some cool new merch so that we can show off our 2025 vibes! From new pins and toys to official guides to help you navigate the dreaded Family Vacation, Disney has everything you need to celebrate 2025 in style this year!
In true Disney tradition, a new series of character pins have been released to help us celebrate the new year! Whether you collect every year, birth years, or just the years you make your Disney trips, these are beautiful glitter pins featuring some of Disney’s most beloved characters, including Mickey and the gang, Stitch, and Disney Princesses like Ariel! Single pins in this series are 12.99 plus tax, while the set – featuring six pins – retails for 44.99 plus tax.
Disney started printing commemorative year pins in 2000 for its millennium celebration, and every year since have released a brand new design commemorating the bold new year we have ahead of us!
Another 2025 arrival are the My First Mickey and Minnie dolls! These dolls are 13 inches and a soft plush for your baby to cuddle and love for the rest of their lives! Featuring embroidered features and “buttons” to ensure the doll is safe for baby, these soft-colored plushies are perfect as baby’s first friend, with foam ears, tails, and beans in the feet. These super soft toys retail for 22.99 each, and are the perfect keepsake for the newest addition to the family.
Both Disney parks are also offering commemorative year mugs! While the general design is the same no matter which park you love, each park’s mug features its respective castle – with the Disneyland mug’s centerpiece showcasing a beautiful cutout of Sleeping Beauty Castle, and Disney World’s being the Cinderella Castle – to give guests their choice of park no matter what coast they’re on! Each mug retails for 16.99 plus tax and shipping, and features Mickey Mouse surrounded by fireworks on the back.
These stoneware mugs are 18 oz. mugs that stand approximately four inches tall, and they are microwave and dishwasher safe (phew!).
Much like the mugs, Disney is also offering commemorative ornaments, for those of us who are trying to get a jump on Christmas! How early is too early, really? For those of us with our trees still up (guilty as charged!) this is the perfect opportunity to mark the passing of the year, by adding the 2025 ornament to the tree, or to put away as a gift for next Christmas!
These baubles retail for 34.99 each, and is available in both Disneyland and Walt Disney World variants. While these ornaments don’t feature the castles like the mugs do, the bold yellow lettering at the bottom differentiates between parks, and the back of these ornaments are adorned with more colorful fireworks!
Perhaps one of the most unique items released as part of Disney’s 2025 collection, this official park guide is your go-to for everything Disneyland. The official 2025 vacation guide book will help you navigate the whirlwind of a Disney vacation, with 160 pages of advice and reviews from first-hand research conducted by Birnbaum’s finest. As an added bonus, you’ll get the rundown of the Disneyland 70th birthday celebration in 2025, as well as a variety of coupons and deals included in this Disney Editions publication. Brush up on all things Disney before you tackle that family vacation! This book retails for 17.99 plus tax, and comes in a paperback format at approximately 10×8 inches for easy reading!
