With the opening of Epic Universe right around the corner, Universal Orlando Resort has finally dropped big news about the myriad of merchandise that is being debuted at the groundbreaking new park. With dazzling new collections from each of the featured lands, the new merchandise is tailored specifically for fans. From new Harry Potter-themed merchandise to sporting your favorite Universal Classic Monster, the merchandise available at Epic Universe is a stunning, must-have collection.
“The groundbreaking, immersive worlds of Epic Universe created the dream opportunity for us to design a first-of-its-kind merchandise program that brings these iconic stories to fans in new and innovative ways,” said Justin Lafoe, Global Parks Merchandise & Retail Officer, Universal Destinations & Experiences. “We are thrilled to bring fan-favorite worlds to life and give guests the chance to bring home a piece of their adventures with them.”
Let’s take a look!
Starting in the Wizarding World of Harry Potter – Ministry of Magic, the retail experience in this land will have a unique Parisian flair! Set in 1920’s Wizarding Paris, guests will be able to visit shops like Cosme Acajor Baguettes Magique, where they can purchase one of the various new second-generation interactive wands. Theme Park Shark previously covered the announcement of these second-generation wands, and more information can be found in the article, previously posted [here].

These interactive wands will feature light-up and haptics technology, and will be sold alongside ‘wand accessories’ that will allow guests to make the most out of their Wizarding experience. With select styles currently being sold at wand retailers in Universal Studios Florida and Universal Islands of Adventures, these new wands retail for 85.00 plus tax, and can be used at all three Wizarding World of Harry Potter Lands.
In addition to the interactive element in-park, Universal Orlando Resort also plans to debut a Universal Play experience housed within the park app that guests can connect their wands to for a multi-player experience, where guests can master spells, compete for house points, and even potentially win the house cup at the end of the game day.
You’ll need more than just a wand to complete the Wizard look, though! Guests can head over to Les Galeries Mirifiques, for a stunning new line of 1920’s-inspired wizarding gear, including a re-imagining of the traditional Hogwarts House robes.

In addition to the robes themselves, guests can also find unique accessories – berets, neck ties, messenger bags, and the long-awaited wand holders will be available for purchase as well. Accessories like jewelry representing the four Hogwarts Houses will also be for sale at this shop, and guests can even leave with their own interactive Niffler to take home with them!

Head into the Ministry of Magic for even more new merchandise, found at the Tour En Floo, the new gift shop for the Métro-Floo, where guests can find two brand-new merch collections – one for the Métro-Floo, and one for the British Ministry of Magic, featuring new apparel and even more wand accessories like new stands and wand holder-harnesses that bear the elegant emblem of the British Ministry of Magic. At Tour En Floo, guests will also be able to find a variety of new items featuring the time-turner, the famed magical device that Wizards and Witches can use for time travel, housed at and controlled by the British Ministry of Magic.
Joining its siblings Honeydukes in Hogsmeade and Sugarplum’s in Diagon Alley, the Wizarding World of Harry Potter – Ministry of Magic will have the perfect place to satisfy that sweet tooth, with K. Rammelle, allowing guests to shop giftable sweets (or to just indulge right there in the park!).

Harry Potter fans with a keen eye will no doubt spy some well-designed fan favorites, like the famous chocolate frogs (Chocogrenouille), and Bertie Bott’s Every-Flavour Beans (Les Dragées Surprises, roughly “surprise candies”)! But new sweets can be seen here, as well – like the chocolate nifflers, and the beautiful little tin of chocolate and vanilla biscuits. Also available are little metal lunchboxes filled with hard candies in strawberry, raspberry, and blueberry flavors!
The designs for all of the K. Rammelle sweets is done magnificently in pastels, almost reminiscent of classic pink and blue cotton candy, and even features some collectible items as well. A K. Rammelle handbag with the confectioner’s emblem printed on the front is the perfect way to carry out all your sweets!
There’s no shortage of collectibles at the Wizarding World of Harry Potter – Ministry of Magic land in Epic Universe, that’s for sure! And with so much new merchandise to get your hands on, it’s going to be a tough pick, especially with so many new lands; and Theme Park Shark has sneak peeks at merch from the other themed lands, as well, so stay tuned!
