Disney has released an official video preview of the 2026 Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival menu, giving fans a first look at the new dishes and drinks coming when the festival returns March 6 through April 27, 2026.
The preview video, posted on the official Disney Parks YouTube channel, showcases several new menu items across the festival’s marketplace locations in a red carpet premiere-themed presentation.
New Menu Items Revealed
Here’s what Disney previewed for the 2026 festival:
- Ramen Mac & Cheese at Peppers Cali-ente
- Cherry Cola Cold Brew at LA Style
- Spinach & Artichoke Grilled Cheese at Pym Test Kitchen
- Pizza Slider at Smokejumpers Grill
- Chicken and Waffle Mole Taco at Studio Catering Co.
- Mickey-Shaped Macaron with Snickers Bar Pieces at Uncork California
Festival Details
The Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival is a celebration of California’s culinary scene featuring outdoor marketplace kiosks, culinary demonstrations, beverage education seminars, and entertainment including the Cookin’ with the Jammin’ Chefs show featuring Clarabelle Cow, Daisy Duck, and Chip ‘n’ Dale.
Each marketplace’s menu is inspired by fresh, California-grown ingredients. The festival also features artisanal cheeses, locally brewed craft beers, and wines from across the Golden State.
A valid Disney California Adventure Park ticket or Magic Key pass and park reservation are required to attend. Guests must be 21 years of age or older to purchase or consume alcohol.
