Disney Parks Blog shared a fresh director’s guide to World of Frozen at Disney Adventure World in Disneyland Paris on Tuesday, May 5, 2026, with first-visit tips from Frozen 3 directors Jennifer Lee and Trent Correy.
For guests planning Arendelle, the useful part is practical: where to start, what not to miss, what to eat, and which tiny details the filmmakers say are worth slowing down for.
The directors’ route
Lee and Correy approach the land differently. Lee’s ideal visit starts with Frozen Ever After, then moves to Rencontre Royale with Anna and Elsa, nearby shops, and a slower meal at Nordic Crowns Tavern.
Correy starts with food first, then rides Frozen Ever After and looks for a quiet bench where he can watch the land breathe. Together, the two approaches make World of Frozen feel less like a checklist and more like a place guests can pace their own way.

The show to stop for
The one experience both filmmakers singled out is A Celebration in Arendelle. Disney’s post says Lee and Correy advise guests to stop for the show whenever it fits into the day.
Lee described seeing Olaf in the show as unexpectedly emotional. Correy, who spent years animating Olaf, praised the figure after seeing him up close, saying, “He’s just perfect in every single way.”
Food and souvenirs
Nordic Crowns Tavern is part of Lee’s recommended route. Disney notes that she is vegan and appreciated the hearty plant-based options, along with the restaurant’s portraits, textures, and storytelling details.
For merchandise, Correy looks for unique Olaf items, while Lee was drawn to a navy blue sweatshirt embroidered with “Arendelle Authentic.” Those are small details, but they give visitors a useful sense of what the filmmakers noticed after walking the land themselves.

Details to look for
Frozen Ever After includes songs and character moments that go beyond repeating the films. Disney says Lee pointed to Anna singing “For the First Time in Forever” inside the Ice Palace, joined by Kristoff in a version fans have not heard in the movies.
The post also highlights photo spots and Easter eggs. Lee recommended Friendship Fountain and the bridge into Arendelle as photo locations. Correy pointed to the Anna and Elsa height chart inside Rencontre Royale, while Lee said Bruni appears three times in the land, including one spot below the lighthouse near Arendelle Bay.

For first-time visitors, the practical plan is to avoid rushing the land. Build the day around one ride, one show, one meal, and a slow walk through Arendelle before chasing every photo spot.
