Figment, the beloved purple dragon from EPCOT Journey Into Imagination, is making his mainstream media debut in the Disney+ series How NOT to Draw.
A Historic First
This marks the first time Figment has appeared in a major Disney production outside of the theme parks. For decades, Figment has been exclusively a theme park character, beloved by EPCOT fans but relatively unknown to general Disney audiences.
The appearance in How NOT to Draw introduces Figment to a whole new generation of Disney fans who may never have visited EPCOT.

Figment History
Figment debuted in 1983 with the opening of Journey Into Imagination at EPCOT Center. The character was created by Imagineers Tony Baxter and Steve Kirk, designed to represent the spark of imagination.
