A new collection of Disney Princess athletic dresses from Her Universe is now available on DisneyStore.com as of February 25, 2026. What’s in the Collection

The collection features five dresses, each inspired by a different Disney Princess:

  • Snow White – Classic blue and yellow color palette with character-inspired detailing
  • Belle – Off-the-shoulder sleeves nodding to Belle’s iconic golden ballgown
  • Tinker Bell – Green tones with Tinker Bell’s signature sparkle aesthetic
  • Ariel – Off-the-shoulder design in ocean-inspired colors reflecting The Little Mermaid
  • Cinderella – Light blue design inspired by Cinderella’s classic look

Every dress in the collection features built-in shorts with pockets under flowy skirts, making them practical for active days at the parks while keeping the princess aesthetic intact. Decorative bows or character icons sit on the scoop necks of each dress, giving each design its own distinct flair.

Why These Work for Theme Parks

The built-in shorts with pockets are the standout feature across the entire lineup. Anyone who has spent a full day at Walt Disney World or Disneyland knows that having functional pockets while wearing something comfortable enough to walk 20,000+ steps in is not easy to find. These dresses are specifically designed for that kind of day, with moisture-wicking fabric and a fit that allows for full range of motion on rides and attractions.

The flowy skirt design gives each dress a look that works as both a costume-inspired outfit for park photos and functional athletic wear for the actual walking, standing, and riding that a theme park day demands. The Belle and Ariel dresses with their off-the-shoulder sleeves are the most character-accurate of the bunch, making them popular choices for guests who want to DisneyBound without wearing a full costume.

DisneyBounding at the Parks

DisneyBounding, the practice of wearing everyday clothing inspired by Disney characters, has become one of the most popular trends among theme park guests. Disney’s official dress code does not allow adult guests to wear full costumes in the parks (with the exception of special events), but character-inspired athletic wear like this collection falls well within the guidelines while still turning heads in photos.

Her Universe has become one of the leading brands in the Disney fashion space, regularly collaborating with Disney on collections that merge fandom with function. Previous collections have included activewear inspired by Star Wars, Marvel, and Disney Villains.
