Sailor Moon returns to Universal Studios Japan from December 2, 2026, through April 5, 2027. The story ride is a first for the park’s Sailor Moon collaborations.
What happens in the Sailor Moon 4-D show?
An enemy targeting the Legendary Silver Crystal threatens Sailor Moon, who needs the help of nine Sailor Guardians and the audience. The theater show uses 3-D images and environmental effects for transformation and action scenes. It also shows the Guardians in formal dresses at the ball.
This collaboration is the franchise’s fourth at the park and coincides with its 25th anniversary.
The Sailor Moon story ride will be at Hollywood Dream – The Ride.
The Sailor Moon story ride and 4-D theater show will both run from December 2, 2026, through April 5, 2027.
The park will announce food and merchandise details and their sales start dates later.
