D23 members can shop The Walt Disney Company Store at a ticketed event in Glendale. D23 Presents: Shopping Spree runs November 7 and 8, 2026, at Grand Central Air Terminal, 1251 Flower St. Members must reserve a shopping window before attending.
Tickets go on sale Friday, October 2, at 10 a.m. PDT (1 p.m. EDT). Gold Member tickets cost $15 plus a $3 processing fee per ticket. General Member tickets cost $25 plus a $3 processing fee per ticket. Quantities are limited and available first-come, first-served.
How do the D23 shopping windows work?
Each member can reserve one 30-minute window for themselves and one guest. Shopping runs from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. PT on both days, with slots starting every half hour. Members can’t enter outside their confirmed window or begin queuing more than 30 minutes before it starts.
If someone’s name appears under multiple time slots, only the first reservation counts. Members must sign in with a valid D23 account and assign a legal first and last name to each ticket. Tickets aren’t transferable. D23 Members must be present or guests will not gain admittance to the event.
What can members shop?
The selection includes limited-edition apparel for Cast Members, D23 specialty items and other merchandise. Select items will have discounted prices, though no further discounts apply. Merchandise is limited, and D23 doesn’t guarantee that sold-out products will return.
Checkout is by card only. Cash and Disney gift cards aren’t accepted. All merchandise sales are final, with no exchanges or returns.
What do ticket holders need at check-in?
Every attendee needs a ticket. Members must present a physical or digital D23 Membership Card and their event ticket at check-in. Ticket holders over the age of 18 must show photo ID, and D23 Members over the age of 18 may be required to show government-issued ID matching the name on their ticket. Anyone under 18 must attend with a parent or legal guardian who also has a ticket.
Ticket sales are final, with no cancellations or refunds. D23 asks members to reserve a spot only if they plan to attend. Its terms warn that missing the event may affect access to similar experiences in the future. A member who doesn’t attend forfeits their place and any associated event benefits. D23 says event details may change without notice.
