Disneyland Resort’s holiday menus will add a Holiday Leftover Burrito, a Holiday Matterhorn Macaroon, and a French Dip Grilled Cheese for the 2026 season. Disney released its resort-wide food guide November 4, covering seasonal dishes and drinks at Disneyland park, Disney California Adventure park, the resort hotels, and Downtown Disney District.
The 2026 Disneyland holiday season runs November 13 through January 6, 2027. Individual menu dates vary, with some dishes continuing beyond that window.
New holiday dishes at Disney California Adventure
Studio Catering Co. in Hollywood Land will serve the new Holiday Leftover Burrito from November 13 through January 6, 2027. It combines turkey, stuffing, sweet potato bites, and cranberry sauce, with gravy on the side. Mobile order will be available.
The same location will also add Southern Holiday Brisket Tacos, with chipotle BBQ brisket, corn salsa, cotija, crema, and lime wedges. Those tacos have a longer run: November 13 through January 21, 2027.
At Pym Test Kitchen in Avengers Campus, the new French Dip Grilled Cheese features sliced prime rib, mozzarella, onion mayo, and caramelized onions, with beef jus and potato bites. Disney lists it as Experiment No. 1918, available November 13 through January 21, 2027. Mobile order will be available there, too.
Holiday Matterhorn Macaroon and returning Disneyland favorites
Jolly Holiday Bakery Cafe on Main Street, U.S.A. will add the new Holiday Matterhorn Macaroon, a coconut macaroon dipped in white chocolate and sprinkles.
That bakery’s seasonal menu also includes the Thanks-mas Sandwich: oven-roasted turkey breast, stuffing, gravy, and cranberry sauce on sourdough, served with house-made chips. The Turkey Pot Pie Soup contains turkey breast, potatoes, peas, and carrots, topped with pie crust pieces. These Jolly Holiday offerings share the November 13 through January 6, 2027 window, with mobile order available.
At Red Rose Taverne in Fantasyland, French Toast Cold Brew is available through January 6, 2027. The nonalcoholic drink uses Joffrey’s Coffee French Roast Cold Brew with brown sugar and vanilla, topped with cinnamon cream and cinnamon cereal.
Matcha coffee, fried cookies, and a mint shake
Cozy Cone Motel 1 in Cars Land will introduce Snowy Matcha Foam Iced Coffee from November 13 through January 6, 2027. The nonalcoholic drink combines iced Vietnamese coffee with matcha sweet cream foam and holiday sprinkles.
Award Wieners in Hollywood Land will bring back Don’t Forget the Milk & Cookies Fried Cookies for that same date range. The dish includes three battered and fried chocolate creme-filled cookies with whipped topping, chocolate drizzle, and crushed peppermint candy.
Schmoozies! will offer its Mickey Elf Shake November 13 through January 21, 2027. This nonalcoholic mint and chocolate cookie shake comes with green whipped topping and crushed peppermint candy.
