Tokyo DisneySea will begin the finale of its 25th anniversary celebration on January 13, 2027, with an expanded harbor show. The park will also offer Tower of Terror: Level 13 from January 13 through March 31.
Oriental Land Company outlined the winter programs on November 4. The Sparkling Jubilee anniversary event began in April 2026 and ends March 31, 2027.
More characters join the harbor celebration
Sparkling Jubilee Celebration Finale will add another boat and dancers to the Mediterranean Harbor program. Anna, Elsa, Rapunzel, Flynn Rider, Aladdin, Jasmine, Peter Pan and Wendy will arrive aboard the additional boat.
Characters appearing on land will wear special Jubilee Blue outfits. The finale is scheduled to run approximately 20 minutes, three times daily.
The announced character lineup also includes Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Donald Duck, Daisy Duck, Goofy, Pluto, Duffy, ShellieMay, Chip, Dale, Clarice, Pinocchio, Jiminy Cricket, Geppetto, Gelatoni, StellaLou, ‘Olu Mel, CookieAnn and LinaBell.
Tower of Terror: Level 13
Tower of Terror will operate as the limited-time Level 13 version from January 13 through March 31, 2027. Oriental Land Company describes it as offering more thrills than the normal experience.
Separate dates for food, merchandise and Duffy
Finale food offerings begin December 26, 2026, followed by commemorative merchandise on January 12, 2027.
OLC says the merchandise will include items looking back at the anniversary and others marking its finale. Special menus and merchandise may change, sell out or end early, and some offerings may continue after the event.
Disney Story Beyond will hold its fourth installment from January 13 through March 31. Set in Palazzo Canals, it will continue the story of gondolier Carlo and others through five new episodes on the dedicated website and official YouTube channel. A kitten named Latte will join the story.
Guests will be able to dance with the neighborhood’s residents and see carnival decorations on the gondolas and around the area. Recorded character conversations will play at locations including Ristorante di Canaletto and the gondola boarding area.
The program will also include merchandise and food. Gondolier Snacks will offer special menu items, while Ristorante di Canaletto will serve a special dessert. The story characters’ voices will again be provided by voice actors and musical theater performers.
Duffy & Friends’ Heartbound Ribbon begins January 14, one day after the harbor finale and Level 13. Running through March 31, the program will use ribbons to represent the friendship of all seven Duffy & Friends characters, with themed merchandise and food souvenirs.
