The entire kingdom has been decked out in holly jolly decor, and there’s no Christmas vacation that’s more fun than the gamified Mushroom Kingdom at Universal Studios Hollywood! Complete challenges with friends and family to earn coins for your Power-Up Band, and then enjoy a holiday treat at the Toadstool Cafe. Do your best to win, or the losing team might end up buying lunch!
The Mushroom Kingdom isn’t the only place at Universal Studios Hollywood decked out for the holidays this year! Head over to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter for a spellbinding collection of new gifts and treats to behold that will make any witch, wizard, or muggle feel the magic of Christmas. With Hogsmeade fully decorated in traditional Christmas flair, Universal has released a new line of sherpa items to keep you as warm as a fire-dwelling salamander this holiday season! Blankets, backpacks, hats, as well as custom-made ornaments, stationary, apparel, and home decor.
Yes, custom-made! Items like robes, key chains, wands, scarves, journals, and hats can be engraved or embroidered with names, a service that is available at select locations within The Wizarding World of Harry Potter at at the Universal Studios Store inside the park. These items can be perfect stocking stuffers (though you might have a hard time fitting robes in a stocking) and can be personalized to truly dazzle the person you plan to gift them to!
While there’s certainly an impressive amount of new and customizable merchandise this season, souvenirs aren’t the only holiday treats to be found in the Wizarding World! Guests can stop into the Three Broomsticks to partake in a traditional English holiday meal, a returning holiday favorite at the park.
