Disney has released the complete foodie guide for the 2026 Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival, detailing every menu item across eight marketplace locations and dozens of dining spots throughout the park. The festival runs March 6 through April 27, 2026.

The guide, published on the Disney Parks Blog, reveals dozens of new dishes and drinks alongside returning fan favorites, all inspired by California’s culinary scene.

Sip and Savor Pass

Guests can purchase a Sip and Savor Pass offering four or eight digital coupons redeemable for select food and non-alcoholic menu items at marketplaces and participating dining locations. A complimentary Mickey-shaped Food & Wine plate is included with purchase while supplies last.

A special Disney Gift Card design featuring Chef Goofy is also available. With a minimum $125 activation, guests receive a complimentary limited-edition pin featuring Carthay Circle Restaurant.

Festival Marketplace Highlights

Eight marketplace locations make up the festival’s core food offerings. Here are the standout new items at each:

California Craft Brews (Performance Corridor)

  • Chicharrón Nachos: Chicharrón, chorizo, cheese sauce, tomatoes, and salsa verde (New)
  • Tropical Chamoy Michelada with Tajín Clásico (New)
  • California Beer Flight featuring four local breweries (New)

Cluck-A-Doodle-Moo (Paradise Gardens Park)

  • Asa’DOS: Grilled skirt steak, chipotle chicken, Spanish rice, and salsa verde
  • Hot Honey White Sangria brought to you by National Geographic (New)

Garlic Kissed (Performance Corridor)

  • Sirloin Gruyère Mac & Cheese with black garlic chimichurri, garlic butter crunch, and Fresno chile slices

Returning Favorites

Several popular items are back for 2026, including the Junior LA Street Dog at LA Style, Asian Street Burrito at Studio Catering Co. and Hollywood Lounge, Strawberry Horchata at Cocina Cucamonga, and Aguachile Loaded Chips at Paradise Garden Grill.

Bookable Experiences

Beverage Education Seminars at Sonoma Terrace run every Saturday and Sunday from March 7 through April 26 (reservations required). Expert winemakers and Disney mixologists guide guests through 30-40 minute tasting experiences.

Complimentary culinary demonstrations take place at Hollywood Backlot Stage during festival weekends, featuring local and visiting chefs (no reservations required).

Festival Details

The 2026 Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival runs March 6 through April 27. A valid Disney California Adventure Park ticket or Magic Key pass and park reservation are required. Guests must be 21 or older to purchase or consume alcohol.

April Update: Festival Runs Through April 27

The 2026 Disney California Adventure Food and Wine Festival is still going strong and runs through Sunday, April 27, 2026. All eight marketplaces remain open with the full menu available. The Sip and Savor Pass is available in four- and eight-coupon options and can be shared among guests or used across multiple visits.

Soarin’ Over California is running its seasonal return during the festival and switches back to Soarin’ Around the World after April 27. If you haven’t caught it yet, this is the last window.

The festival is included with park admission and a valid theme park reservation. Beverage education seminars require a separate fee.
