Universal Orlando Resort has confirmed that the first official reveals for Halloween Horror Nights 35 will begin on Saturday, March 21, 2026. The announcement came via press mailers sent to media outlets, featuring a carnival-style ticket with the message: “35 years of fear, screams, and nightmares will be unleashed at Halloween Horror Nights at Universal Orlando Resort this fall. Stay tuned…as a legacy of nightmares begins to unveil on March 21, 2026.”
What Universal Has Confirmed About HHN35
Halloween Horror Nights 35 is scheduled to run select nights at Universal Studios Florida from August 28 through November 1, 2026. The event celebrates its 35th anniversary this year. Beyond the dates and the March 21 reveal promise, Universal has not yet confirmed specific haunted houses, scare zones, or entertainment for the event.
MegaCon Panel on March 21, 2026
Universal is hosting a panel titled “Behind the Screams: Crafting 35 Years of Fear at Universal Orlando’s Halloween Horror Nights” at MegaCon Orlando on Saturday, March 21, 2026, at 10:30 AM in the Chapin Theater. The panel promises a look at how Universal’s creative team builds haunted houses, scare zones, and characters, and is expected to include details about this year’s event.
The official HHN35 logo has already been released, featuring bold carnival-style lettering. The first IP announcements and house reveals are expected to follow starting March 21.

Halloween Horror Nights is Universal Orlando’s annual after-hours event held at Universal Studios Florida.
