Disney, Mattel, and Viktor&Rolf are giving collectors an inside look at one of the most buzzed-about fashion collaborations of the year. The 30-minute documentary special “Disney Princess: Create Your World – Mattel and Viktor&Rolf” premieres March 24, 2026, on Hulu and ABC Owned Television Stations’ digital and streaming platforms, as well as @Disney on YouTube globally.
The documentary follows all three brands through the creative journey behind the Viktor&Rolf x Disney Collector Cinderella Doll, a limited-edition piece that debuted at Paris Fashion Week and reframes Cinderella as a high-fashion collector’s muse. The film is produced by renowned documentary filmmaker Reiner Holzemer.

The Viktor&Rolf x Disney Collector Cinderella Doll debuted at Paris Fashion Week in January 2026, bringing Cinderella’s iconic ball gown into the world of couture. The doll features Viktor&Rolf’s signature subversive text, “I Came, I Saw, I Left Early,” in sparkling letters across the blue tulle gown, a cheeky nod to Cinderella’s famous midnight exit. The dress also features an oversized Elizabethan collar, dramatic ruffled hemline, and meticulous hand-finished details.
The documentary takes viewers from that first spark of inspiration through the design process at the Viktor&Rolf atelier and all the way to the Paris Fashion Week debut. Designers Viktor Horsting and Rolf Snoeren appear in the film, along with key collaborators from all three brands.
