Disney said the April 17 assortment will include collectibles, toys, and apparel inspired by several different trooper variants from across Star Wars stories. The lineup includes the Commander Pyre Voice-Changing Helmet for Adults, a Commander Pyre Talking Action Figure, the RC-1138, or Boss, Deluxe Helmet for Adults, a Stormtrooper Wind-Up Figure with Sound Effects, and a Star Wars Stormtroopers Figure Set with eight different trooper designs.

Disney also highlighted a Tatooine Stormtrooper Costume Pullover Hoodie for kids as part of the release. For shoppers planning around the online launch, the only confirmed sale time in the update is 8 a.m. Pacific on Friday, April 17, 2026, through DisneyStore.com.

The Full Weekly Schedule Leading to May the 4th

Disney’s Star Wars Day merch rollout is now spread across five dated releases. The May the 4th Logo Collection launched online on Friday, April 4, 2026, followed by the Endor collection on Friday, April 10. After the new Stormtroopers drop on Friday, April 17, Disney has also previewed jerseys for Friday, April 24, and podracing items for Friday, May 1.

That weekly structure matters because Disney is treating this as a rolling campaign instead of a one-day merchandise dump. Each update builds on the same Disney Parks Blog hub, which means additional details can continue to be added there as May 4 gets closer.
