Disney Parks Blog revealed its final Star Wars Day 2026 merchandise preview on May 3, with new Cakeworthy and RSVLTS items launching May 4 on DisneyStore.com.
For shoppers, the key timing is simple: the new collaboration pieces are scheduled to arrive online at 8 a.m. PT, while Walt Disney World is also using virtual queues for separate May the 4th merchandise events at Disneyās Hollywood Studios and Disney Springs.
The new collaboration items
The May 3 reveal focuses on what Disney called āout-of-this-galaxy collaborationsā from Cakeworthy and RSVLTS.
The Cakeworthy lineup includes a Star Wars Patches Sweater, described by Disney as a soft fleece style decorated with icons from across the galaxy. Disney also previewed plush Cakeworthy beanies inspired by characters including Din Djarin and Wicket the Ewok.
RSVLTS shirts are also returning for May the 4th, with select styles launching only on DisneyStore.com. Disney said this yearās shirts include allover prints with classic characters such as Anakin and PadmĆ©, Han Solo, Boba Fett and Yoda.

The May 3 reveal wraps up a week of Disney Parks Blog previews that also included returning Star Wars products, Disney Parks favorites, a PadmƩ Amidala Lakeside Collection and dark side-themed apparel and accessories.

Virtual queues at Walt Disney World
Disney also reminded guests that Walt Disney World will use virtual queues on May 4, 2026 for May the 4th merchandise events at Disneyās Hollywood Studios and Disney Springs.
Guests need the My Disney Experience app to participate. For Disneyās Hollywood Studios, guests also need valid park admission and, if applicable, a theme park reservation for that day.
The Disneyās Hollywood Studios virtual queue opens at 7 a.m. ET on May 4. The Disney Springs virtual queue opens at 9 a.m. ET on May 4.
