Disney is adding a new Bluey-inspired treat to Disney’s Animal Kingdom later this month.
Disney Parks said the Fairy Bread Cake will be available at Pizzafari on May 26, 2026. The dessert is a vanilla birthday cake dipped in white chocolate and rainbow sprinkles, served with raspberry dipping sauce.
The official Disney Parks account also teased that more Bluey-inspired treats are coming to Disney’s Animal Kingdom, though Disney has not announced the rest of that lineup yet.
Because the announcement came through Disney Parks social channels, the item is confirmed by Disney, but the wider Bluey-inspired food lineup is still pending. Guests planning around the snack should watch for Disney to release more menu details before May 26.
The new dessert is tied to Pizzafari, the quick-service restaurant in Discovery Island at Disney’s Animal Kingdom. Disney’s post did not list an end date for the Fairy Bread Cake or say whether it will be a permanent menu item.
The timing comes as Disney is putting more attention on Animal Kingdom as a food stop, not just an attractions-and-animals park. In a new Disney Parks Blog guide published May 6, Disney described the park as a place where “bold flavors, global inspiration, and culinary creativity” shape a full-day food itinerary.
That guide highlights dishes across several Animal Kingdom locations, including Kusafiri Coffee Shop & Bakery, Satu’li Canteen, Flame Tree Barbecue, Harambe Market, Pongu Pongu, Tamu Tamu Refreshments and Nomad Lounge.
Pizzafari is also part of that broader Animal Kingdom food push. Disney’s guide lists the Chicken Caprese Baguette Sandwich and cheese pizza at Pizzafari as examples of the park’s more familiar meal options.
The Fairy Bread Cake gives Pizzafari a more colorful dessert option for guests looking for a themed snack during a park day. Disney’s description points to a birthday-cake-style base with a white chocolate coating, rainbow sprinkles and a fruit dipping sauce.
Disney has not announced whether the additional Bluey-inspired treats will arrive on the same date as the Fairy Bread Cake. For now, the confirmed item is the Fairy Bread Cake at Pizzafari on May 26, 2026.
