Universal Orlando Resort will celebrate Pride Month 2026 with Love Is Universal offerings across the resort in June, including new merchandise, Love Is Universal Nights at Red Coconut Club, outdoor CityWalk festivities, and Hard Rock Hotel programming. Universal says everyone is welcome to celebrate connections to the LGBTQIA+ community through this year’s offerings.
The resort says 100 percent of profits from Love Is Universal merchandise sold through August will be donated to nonprofit organizations that support local communities, including the LGBTQIA+ community. Items listed by Universal include a rainbow-on-white ball cap, a rainbow-on-white spirit jersey, a rainbow-on-clear crossbody bag, a denim jacket with rainbow trim, a Love Is Universal keychain, a rainbow folding fan, and a Love Is Universal tumbler.
Guests can find the merchandise at the Universal Studios Store in Universal Studios Florida, Universal CityWalk, and Islands of Adventure Trading Company at Universal Islands of Adventure.
Love Is Universal Nights at CityWalk
Universal CityWalk will host Love Is Universal Nights at Red Coconut Club in June. The seasonal celebration runs Thursdays from 6 p.m. to 12 a.m. and Fridays and Saturdays from 6 p.m. to 1 a.m. Admission is free, and guests must be 21 or older to enter Red Coconut Club.
The June event will happen alongside Re(d)tro Nights, a retro Pride party running from May 8 to July 18. Universal says that overlay includes arcade games, photo opportunities, and a DJ playing 1980s and 1990s throwback hits.
Universal also says 11 stilt walkers dressed in the colors of the Progressive Pride Flag will be part of the celebration, with photo opportunities available during the CityWalk festivities.
Outdoor CityWalk Festivities
The Love Is Universal celebration will extend outside Red Coconut Club throughout CityWalk. Universal says the Plaza Stage, Water Fountain, and the area outside Universal Cinemark will be lit up for the occasion.
Guests outside Red Coconut Club will be able to hear the same music, dance, pose for photos with stilt walkers, and see fog-filled bubbles. Unlike the club itself, the outdoor areas are not limited to guests 21 and older.
Universal also pointed to Pride-themed window displays at the Universal Studios Store in CityWalk and a Pride Doughnut at Voodoo Doughnut. The doughnut is described as a raised ring with blue vanilla icing, a flaky fruit cereal rim, velvet top clouds, and a strip gummy. Universal says more details about exclusive Love Is Universal dining offerings are still to come.
Hard Rock Hotel Programming
Hard Rock Hotel will also take part in the June celebration. Universal says the hotel’s WAX program will feature vinyl albums from iconic LGBTQIA+ artists throughout June. WAX is an optional add-on for hotel guests that includes an in-room record player and curated records chosen by Hard Rock’s music team.
The hotel will also feature playlists with LGBTQIA+ artists in heavy rotation, and Hard Rock Pride merchandise will be available in the Rock Shop in the hotel lobby.
