Shanghai Disney Resort set Duffy Month for September 1 to 30, 2026. Halloween follows from October 4 to November 1. The resort posted that in an August 20 press release.
The Duffy run is a 10th Birthday Special. Guests board the FriendSHIP for a month of new adventures. The release says autumn offerings continue to enrich this year’s 10th Birthday Celebration. The release says Halloween will bring even more With You, It’s Magic+ moments.
The resort is working with Shanghai Animation Film Studio. Chinese animation elements show up with Duffy and Friends around the park. The collaboration also adds a promotional animation short. In it, Duffy and Friends embark on a heartwarming adventure based on stories known and loved by generations of Chinese families.
Peaches, gourds, and goldfish dress the social wall and photo spots. New outfits carry those motifs. Duffy and CookieAnn wear peach blossoms. Gelatoni gets lotus and goldfish. ‘Olu Mel gets gourds. ShellieMay gets swallows and peach blossoms. StellaLou gets moon embroidery and lake-wave patterns. LinaBell gets peach embroidery and butterfly-wing details.
A Voyage with Duffy and Friends is a new show on the Enchanted Storybook Castle stage. It debuts an original Duffy Month theme song. The seven friends try to return a mysterious crystal home across the water.
The castle also gets Duffy and Friends’ Special Celebration. It opens with “Let’s Get Together.” Portraits hit the castle, then fireworks.
Pajama Party Nights are September 19 to 20 and September 26 to 29. The friends wear new pajama outfits at the Pepsi E-Stage. The resort says a pillow fight starts there.
Shanghai Huju Opera returns September 5. It runs Saturdays and Sundays through the month. This is the third year with Shanghai Huju Opera Theatre. Young Huju actors perform the “Shanghai Ballad.”
A week-long celebration for LinaBell’s fifth anniversary runs from September 23 to 29. She made her global debut at this resort on September 29, 2021. The resort says she appears at the entry portal with friends and in the pre-parade.
Halloween is October 4 to November 1. Peg-Leg Pete debuts as an evil king. Mickey and Friends take a steampunk look. Duffy and Friends show up as a bard troupe.
Ten Spook-tacular Days are October 16 to 18, October 23 to 25, and October 29 to November 1. The resort lists five Party Zones and the Alice in Wonderland Maze. Donald’s Halloween Treat Party is at Festival Forest. Guests can collect treats and see Disney Villains Castle Celebration.
Four new Halloween merchandise collections cover Mickey and Friends, Duffy and Friends, Winnie the Pooh and Friends, and Zootopia.
Golden Week adds a castle projection with fireworks after ILLUMINATE! A Nighttime Celebration. That runs October 1 to 3.
Two ticket offers are named in the release. Disney Dream Vacation – Duffy and Friends Package is named in the release. It is a night at Shanghai Disneyland Hotel with LinaBell-themed décor. It includes breakfast and dinner, two park tickets, and in-park F&B coupons. One-Day Ticket with Free Flavored Beverage and Gift Pack is a dated one-day ticket, F&B offerings, and a Duffy-themed giveaway.
