Which teams are coming?
All six teams will attend. The league’s top four teams will compete in the Open.
- Savannah Bananas
- Firefighters
- Party Animals
- Indianapolis Clowns
- Texas Tailgaters
The previous Walt Disney World matchup featured the Party Animals and the Loco Beach Coconuts.
The ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex spans more than 260 acres. Games will take place inside The Stadium, which has more than 9,500 seats. The venue also features four luxury sky boxes and open-air suites.
Banana Ball has visited Yankee Stadium in New York City and Wrigley Field in Chicago. Its ballpark stops have also included Angel Stadium in Anaheim.
The game changes familiar baseball rules, including what happens when a fan catches a foul ball. That catch counts as an out. Players can also steal first base.
Alongside those rules, Banana Ball features diving catches and on-field entertainment, putting fans directly into the action.
Fans can watch next season’s games free on the team YouTube channels. BananaBall.com also carries the full matchup list for fans seeking other tour stops and opportunities to attend.
Disney’s upcoming events calendar lists additional sports coming to ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex.
