VIVO Sets Mother’s Day Brunch at Universal CityWalk

VIVO Italian Kitchen in Universal CityWalk will host a Mother’s Day brunch buffet on Sunday, May 10, 2026, Universal Orlando Resort announced. The buffet runs from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Guests planning a CityWalk meal that day can expect a larger brunch spread with appetizer stations, breakfast items, pasta, entrees, a children’s section, sides, desserts, and live music from a strolling violinist.

The buffet

Universal says the Mother’s Day brunch lineup begins with appetizers and small plates. That section includes seven stations: salads and fruit, bruschetta, small plates, seasonal soup, chilled seafood and sushi, aged and cured items, and cheese.

The salad and fruit station includes ingredients such as romaine, arugula, radish, tomato, cucumber, feta, parmesan, candied pecans, basil ranch, strawberry balsamic, and Caesar dressing. Universal also lists panzanella and a fruit salad with roasted nectarines, toasted pistachios, watercress, burrata, blackberries, and orange-basil vinaigrette.

The main items

The bruschetta bar includes Traditional, Mushroom Caponata, and Serrano ham and brie cheese with raspberry-Calabrian chili jam. Other appetizer options include pan-roasted sea scallops with spring pea risotto and lemon beurre blanc, plant-based steak with Swiss chard, carrots, and red chimichurri, Italian Wedding Soup, shrimp cocktail, East Coast oysters, sushi rolls, assorted nigiri and sashimi, salumi, olives, pickled vegetables, cheeses, and artisan breads.

The breakfast and entree section includes made-to-order eggs and omelets, sausage, bacon, parfaits, fruits, pastries, pasta with sauce and topping choices, beef short ribs with polenta and gremolata, scrambled eggs with chives, Tiramisu French Toast, and prime rib of beef with horseradish cream and basil-mint pistou.

Kids, sides, and dessert

The Bambino Inspired section lists chicken tenders, tater tots, and mac and cheese. Sides and desserts include candy smoked bacon, roasted marble potatoes, chili-lemon glazed heirloom carrots and broccolini, and individual house-made sweet holiday delicacies.

Universal says reservations are available by calling (407) 224-3663 or by reserving online through Universal Orlando’s dining system. The official announcement does not list pricing for the brunch.

For families already planning to be at Universal Orlando Resort on May 10, this is a CityWalk brunch option built around one seated meal rather than a full theme park dining plan.
