Disney Consumer Products has revealed a massive lineup of new merchandise inspired by The Mandalorian and Grogu, the upcoming Star Wars film hitting theaters May 22. The new products, announced ahead of New York Toy Fair 2026, are part of a year-long program called Star Wars: Most Wanted that will spotlight the most sought-after merchandise across the Star Wars galaxy.
The collection spans action figures, LEGO sets, Funko Pops, plush toys, apparel, and books, with several items already available for preorder.
New Hasbro Black Series and Vintage Collection Figures
Hasbro is expanding both the Black Series and The Vintage Collection lines with figures inspired by the upcoming film. New additions include a Black Series Mandalorian and Grogu figure, a Black Series Colonel Ward figure, and a Vintage Collection IG-11 (Nevarro Marshall) figure. Preorders opened February 13.
Five New LEGO Star Wars Building Sets
Five new LEGO building sets are on the way, featuring brick-built versions of ships and characters from the film:
- LEGO Star Wars AT-RT Attack
- LEGO Star Wars Anzellan Starship
- LEGO Star Wars The Razor Crest
- LEGO Star Wars New Republic X-Wing Starfighter
- LEGO Star Wars The Mandalorian and Grogu: Allies & Villains
The X-Wing Starfighter set will be available April 1, with the remaining sets following on April 26. Select sets are available for preorder now at LEGO.com.
Funko Pops, Grogu Plush, and More
New Mandalorian and Grogu Funko Pop! figures featuring the Mandalorian, Grogu, Zeb Orrelios, and more will be available for pre-sale on Funko.com and select retailers starting February 14.
For fans of the galaxy’s most popular foundling, there are several new Grogu options: Hasbro’s Action Buddy Grogu (preorder available now), a Grogu Deluxe Basic Plush from Mattel, and a Furby Furblets Grogu with interactive sound and movement arriving this spring. POP MART is also releasing a Grogu Tiny But Mighty Series of miniature collectible figures.
Remote-Control Walkers and Apparel
Jada Toys is releasing two remote-control vehicles: a Star Wars AT-AT Walker and an Imperial Remnant AT-RT Walker, both featuring lights, sounds, and dynamic movement. Both go on sale March 22.
New apparel and accessories inspired by the film are also available now, along with new publishing titles including Star Wars Outlaws: Low Red Moon by Mike Chen and Star Wars: Sanctuary (A Bad Batch Novel) by Lamar Giles.
What This Means for Theme Park Fans
The merchandise rollout comes as anticipation builds for The Mandalorian and Grogu, which is reportedly the most cost-efficient Disney Star Wars film to date at $166 million. Star Wars merchandise has long been a staple at Disney’s theme parks, with Galaxy’s Edge locations at both Walt Disney World and Disneyland offering dedicated shopping experiences for fans.
Expect many of these products, particularly the action figures and LEGO sets, to appear on shelves at Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge retail locations like Dok-Ondar’s Den of Antiquities and the Droid Depot gift shop as availability expands.
