Rock the Universe is back at Universal Studios Florida on January 22 and 23, 2027, and the bill is stacked. Elevation Worship headlines a weekend that also brings Josiah Queen, Jamie MacDonald, CAIN and Katy Nichole to the park.
Tickets and vacation packages go on sale September 15. That includes single-night tickets and the “Rock Your Weekend” ticket, which covers all of the weekend’s Rock the Universe festivities plus Universal’s theme parks during the day.
Who is playing Rock the Universe 2027?
Universal is calling it Florida’s biggest Christian music festival, and the headliners back that up. Elevation Worship is a GRAMMY award-winning group. Josiah Queen has topped the Billboard Christian chart, Jamie MacDonald was named a Spotify Artist to Watch, CAIN is an American Music Award nominated trio, and Katy Nichole has a Dove award. Elevation Worship playing a theme park concert weekend is a real get.

Is there a Sunday service?
Yes. Worship experiences run throughout the event, and a Sunday morning service on January 24 closes things out as the weekend’s grand finale. So the concerts end Saturday night, but the weekend doesn’t.
Which rides are open during Rock the Universe?
Attendees get access to some of the park’s biggest attractions during the event, including Race Through New York Starring Jimmy Fallon, Revenge of the Mummy and Despicable Me: Minion Mayhem. Harry Potter and the Escape from Gringotts is open to Rock the Universe guests, and Illumination’s Villain-Con Minion Blast is in the mix too.
That’s the shape of the night: coasters and concerts on the same ticket. Daytime park access is the piece the Rock Your Weekend ticket adds, so a full day at Universal Studios Florida can lead straight into the show.
