Disney’s Lakeshore Lodge has a lounge, and it’s called Branch & Brush. Disney shared a first look at it on October 1, along with new lobby details, one week before reservations open to all guests on October 8.

Branch & Brush sits just beyond the lobby, around what Disney calls the riverbend. It’ll pour handcrafted cocktails with views across Bay Lake. The design takes its cue from the changing seasons, with rich colors, natural textures and a collection of artwork.
The centerpiece is a color-changing chandelier that cycles through all four seasons.
Disney pitches the lounge as a spot to unwind after a day of adventure. That fits the resort’s broader nature theme, which runs from sunrise over the lake to a nightcap at the bar.
What does the Lakeshore Lodge lobby look like?
The lobby is built around floor-to-ceiling windows that put the outdoors in view the moment guests walk in. A fiberoptic river lights up the floor and winds around a custom bronze centerpiece. Walt Disney Imagineering designed that centerpiece.
Both pieces draw on the music and storytelling of Pocahontas from Walt Disney Animation Studios. If you lean in close, you’ll find familiar characters from decades of Disney animation etched into the bronze.
Above it all hangs the Colors of the Wind sculpture. It’s blown glass, with hundreds of suspended glass leaves. Yes, the lobby floor is a glowing river, and the ceiling is a song.
When can you book Disney’s Lakeshore Lodge?
Booking opens in three waves. Disney Vacation Club members go first on October 6, making early rental reservations through Member Services at (800) 800-9800.
On October 7, Walt Disney World Annual Passholders get their early rental window by calling (407) 934-7639. On October 8, any guest can book online or through that same phone line.
The resort opens July 1, 2027, on the south shores of Bay Lake at Walt Disney World. Its 967 rooms range from duo studios and villas to waterfront Lake Houses, which Disney revealed back on August 27.
Disney is posting these updates as a running series called Letters from Lakeshore on Disney Parks Blog, with more planned before the grand opening in summer 2027.
