Dead Coconut Club at Universal CityWalk at Universal Orlando Resort has its first-ever food menu. For Halloween Horror Nights 2026, three dishes follow a harvest festival interrupted by aliens.

This year’s setting is Midweston’s 35th Annual Harvest Festival, a small-town celebration with an extraterrestrial twist. Guests move from a Halloween house party through a cornfield and into a mothership.
Each fall, Red Coconut Club transforms into Dead Coconut Club. Show director Lauren Culver wanted nostalgic Halloween without setting the story specifically in the ’80s or ’90s.
- Opening time: 4 p.m.
- Operating nights: Halloween Horror Nights event nights.
- Closing date: November 1.
What’s on the food menu?
The three dishes are designed to follow the narrative of the night. The menu starts with a Halloween party staple, moves into the crash, and finishes with edible “space rocks.”

- Hawaiian Toast: French baguette bread with garlic cream base sauce, crispy Spam, pineapple chutney, jalapeños, scallions and mozzarella cheese. It’s a pizza-inspired start to the party.
- The Party Crasher: A loaded chili cheese hot dog topped with crushed tortilla chips and “blood and guts” relish.
- Cosmic PB&J: A strawberry PB&J sandwich dipped and fried in black funnel cake-style batter. Hot honey and popping candies finish the “fallen meteor.”
The hot dog’s tortilla chips have a role in the story. Dickerson explains that a UFO crashes into the snack table, scattering the chips onto the hot dogs.

“I love putting smiles on guests’ faces,” Dickerson says. “I love to see that ‘wow’ moment when they take that bite.”

Which drinks can you order?
The gazebo doubles as a bar. Black and orange flags and a ceiling of autumn foliage surround cocktails inspired by Halloween candy.

- Lollipop: Vanilla vodka, coconut rum, lemon juice, strawberry syrup and lemon-lime soda.
- Mexican Candy Margarita: Reposado tequila, mango rum, agave syrup, lime juice and hot sauce.
- Stars Burst: Cuervo blanco tequila, limoncello, watermelon schnapps, simple syrup and lemon-lime soda.
The pumpkin-carving competition includes entries bearing mysterious green slime.

Deeper inside, the DJ booth becomes a farm stand filled with apples, pumpkins and pies. Towering corn stalks surround the dance floor, with crop circles underfoot and green lights on the horizon.

The moonlit bar focuses on fall flavors:

- Jack-o-Lantern: Pumpkin, bourbon, spiced rum, passion fruit and coconut cream.
- Scarecrow: Apple pie liqueur, lemon juice, cinnamon syrup and apple cider.
Upstairs, the setting becomes a mothership. Exposed neon cabling hangs overhead, glowing specimen jars line the wall, and guests can look down at the party below.

That bar’s cocktails include:

- Void of Resin: Rum, coconut cream, crème de cacao, pineapple and orange juice, finished with chocolate powder and chocolate bitters.
- Liquid Xenon: Brandy, scotch whiskey, lemon juice, orgeat syrup and ginger syrup, topped with herbal bitters.
- Irradiated Infusion: The secret-menu “alien blood bag” combines rum and sour mix with a sour green apple candy taste. It’s exclusive to the upstairs bar and comes in an IV-style sipper pouch covered in extraterrestrial letters.
