Walt Disney World is taking its Cool KIDS’ SUMMER celebration on the road with a pair of free public pop-up events in Atlanta and Houston. The events are open to anyone, no park ticket or reservation required.
The Atlanta stop is Thursday, March 26, at Pemberton Place in Downtown Atlanta from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. The Houston stop follows on Thursday, April 2, at Hermann Park Lake Plaza from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Disney says the pop-ups will include oversized props, photo opportunities, and giveaways, a preview of what Cool KIDS’ SUMMER will look like when it officially launches at Walt Disney World Resort on May 26.

Cool KIDS’ SUMMER is Walt Disney World’s summer 2026 seasonal event. It launches May 26 and brings limited-time experiences, updated attractions, and summer programming for families.
Disney has not yet released a full list of what’s included in Cool KIDS’ SUMMER at the parks, but the free pop-up events are designed to give guests in both cities a taste of what’s coming.
