Universal Studios Hollywood has confirmed its first details for Halloween Horror Nights 2026, including the event dates, ticket options, and the first announced haunted house for the Hollywood park.
According to Universal, Halloween Horror Nights will return to Universal Studios Hollywood on select nights from September 3 through November 1, 2026. The separately ticketed event is scheduled to begin at 7 p.m. each event night.
Universal said the 2026 event will include haunted houses, the Terror Tram, scare zones, shows, themed food and beverages, and more. The full lineup of houses, shows, and scare zones has not been released yet. Universal said more specific details will be announced closer to the event.
Tickets are available through Universal
Tickets for Halloween Horror Nights 2026 at Universal Studios Hollywood are available through Universal. The options listed by Universal include one-night General Admission, 2 p.m. Day/Night, Frequent Fear Passes, Ultimate Fear Passes, Universal Express, Universal Express Unlimited, the R.I.P. Tour, and Early Access tickets.
Universal describes Halloween Horror Nights as a separately ticketed event, so regular daytime park admission is not the same thing as an HHN ticket. Guests should check Universal Studios Hollywood’s official HHN ticket calendar for available dates and ticket types.
Universal also says Early Access tickets are available for guests who want additional time before the main event start. Availability and event dates can vary by ticket type, so guests should use Universal’s official ticket pages for the final calendar before buying.

Sinners is the first announced haunted house
The first announced haunted house for the 2026 Hollywood event is Sinners. Universal says the house is based on the award-winning original horror film and is set in 1930s Mississippi at the Smokestack Twins’ juke joint.
Universal’s description says guests will encounter Remmick’s group of bloodthirsty vampires as they move through the haunted house.

More HHN 2026 announcements are still coming
Universal has confirmed the Hollywood dates, ticket categories, event components, and the Sinners haunted house. The rest of the 2026 lineup is still being held for later announcements.
That means scare zone names, show details, additional haunted houses, and themed food and beverage details are still not final from Universal. TPS will keep tracking the official HHN 2026 updates as Universal releases more information.
