Snow White’s dark ride at Disneyland Paris comes back on Tuesday, July 28, 2026, and it’s been through more than a coat of paint. Blanche-Neige et les Sept Nains has been closed for over two months while Walt Disney Imagineering Paris, Design & Delivery and the Central Workshops worked through the attraction.
The biggest change is at the very end. A brand-new Snow White figure now stands in the attraction’s final scene, made of resin and handmade and hand-painted in workshops in Seine-et-Marne. It follows the character design from the 1937 animated film more closely, and it was also built with the safety of the operational and maintenance Cast Members who work on the ride in mind.
What’s new inside the attraction?
The cottage scene got special attention. Teams sanded the walls all the way down and repainted them, aiming for a finish as vibrant as the day Disneyland Park first opened. The woodwork, from the platforms to the beams, was repainted by hand. So were the Dwarfs themselves, each one touched up at the Central Workshops.
The mural in that final scene picked up two new residents: the Prince and his horse, which brings the ending closer to how the movie actually wraps up. Elsewhere, teams touched up the black-light paintwork and stripped the flooring.
The queue looks different too. Floors, low walls, columns, woodwork and railings are all freshly painted, and there’s a new themed chandelier overhead.
What should guests know before visiting?
One more thing worth spotting on the way out. The old “Exit Only” sign near Les Voyages de Pinocchio has been replaced with a hand-painted mural of Snow White and her companions, which is both easier for guests to see and a much better use of that wall.
What to know
If you’re at Disneyland Park on or after Tuesday, July 28, ride it and look at the cottage walls. Then wait for the last room, because the new Snow White figure is the headline here, and the Prince finally showing up in the mural is the detail I’d bet most fans notice second.
