Walt Disney World Resort has revealed its 2026 holiday food guide for its theme parks and Disney Springs. The Plaza Restaurant’s menu starts November 1.
At Disney Springs, Amorette’s Patisserie will serve the new Gingerbread Crème Brûlée. The Ganachery’s returning Hot Sipping Ganache is also part of the seasonal lineup.
Magic Kingdom menus and dates
Magic Kingdom’s daytime holiday food includes sandwiches, gingerbread desserts, and a cherry-topped cold brew. Here’s the schedule for these locations:
- The Plaza Restaurant: Its seasonal menu runs through Jan. 2 on Main Street, U.S.A.
- Other dessert locations: Plaza Ice Cream Parlor, Auntie Gravity’s Galactic Goodies, Columbia Harbour House, and Liberty Square Market serve their holiday treats Nov. 8 through Jan. 2.
- Mobile ordering: Disney will offer it for the Gingerbread Cake at Columbia Harbour House.
The Plaza Restaurant’s Classic Reuben Sandwich comes with sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, thousand island dressing, and griddled rye. For dessert, its Red Velvet Cheesecake combines red velvet cake with vanilla swirl cheesecake.
Another sandwich on that menu, Santa’s Floridian Pulled Pork Sandwich, comes with shredded cabbage and roasted pineapple chutney. Sweet-and-spicy barbecue sauce and a griddled bun complete it.
At Plaza Ice Cream Parlor, the Gingerbread Milkshake blends vanilla milkshake with gingerbread syrup. Whipped cream, gingersnap crumbs, and a chocolate gingerbread man finish it.
Auntie Gravity’s Galactic Goodies in Tomorrowland will serve the Cherry Cordial Cold Brew. It combines Joffrey’s Cold Brew Coffee with cherry whipped cream, chocolate sauce, and chocolate curls.
At Columbia Harbour House, the Gingerbread Cake takes the shape of a tree. Gingerbread chiffon cake comes with cream cheese frosting and whipped dulce de leche panna cotta. Crispy pearls and a chocolate piece finish the dessert.
The Mickey Whoopie Pie is plant-based. Liberty Square Market’s treat sandwiches marshmallow-mint buttercream between flourless chocolate cake.
Holiday treats beyond Magic Kingdom
The new Santa’s Holiday Grove will serve a Peppermint-Chocolate Cookie Dough Brownie Ice Cream Sandwich. It layers double-chocolate peppermint cookie dough with vanilla ice cream and fudgy brownie.
Disney’s Hollywood Studios will have the Linzer Cookie Mousse Torte at ABC Commissary. The dessert layers hazelnut cake with raspberry-blackcurrant mousse, raspberry jam, and sweet snow-dusted Linzer cookies.
At Disney Springs, Swirls on the Water will serve the Gingerbread Mickey Cone. Gingerbread and vanilla soft-serve swirl fills a red velvet cone, topped with holiday sprinkles and a chocolate coin.
Disney says separate food guides are coming for Disney Jollywood Nights, Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party, and EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays. A first look at the holidays at Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar is also coming.
