Universal Orlando Annual and Seasonal Passholders can try a limited-time food lineup from August 15 through September 30, 2026. The menu reaches Universal CityWalk, Universal Studios Florida, Volcano Bay, and Islands of Adventure with stuffed pasta, pizza, sweets, and drinks.
CityWalk fills out the Passholder menu
Chef Antwan Dickerson’s Island Fire Chicken and Waffles is headed to Bob Marley-A Tribute to Freedom. You’ll get jerk fried chicken over a crisp festival dough waffle with pomegranate glaze, coconut crema, pickled onions, and micro cilantro.

At VIVO Italian Kitchen, Triangoletti alla Vodka brings together parmigiano reggiano-stuffed pasta, roasted chicken, basil, and vodka sauce. VIVO Italian Kitchen does not typically offer vodka sauce on its menu.

Antojitos Authentic Mexican Food is making Huarache de Chorizo with ground chorizo, refried beans, roasted corn, and corn guajillo masa. Pork Dumplings at The Cowfish Sushi Burger Bar come with scallions and sesame coconut dipping sauce.
Pizza and pretzels join the park lineup
Inside Universal Studios Florida, Chez Alcatraz is mixing rum, lemonade, and watermelon syrup for the Tipsy Watermelon.
Inside Universal Studios Florida, Louie’s Italian Restaurant will offer Prosciutto & Arugula Pizza. Its house-made crust is topped with tomato sauce, ricotta, mozzarella, pesto, onion, and roasted tomato.

Pizza Predattoria at Universal Islands of Adventure is adding a 3 Cheese Bavarian Pretzel. It’s a soft pretzel with mozzarella, asiago, and parmesan cheese, served with marinara dipping sauce.
Two dishes are reserved for Passholder Nights
During the after-hours Passholder Nights party at Universal Studios Florida, Central Park Crêpes will serve an Apple Pie Crepe. The Apple Pie Crepe combines apple compote, mascarpone cheese, anglaise, grilled red apples, and brown sugar crumble.

DreamWorks Imagination Café will also have Classic Pizza Fries topped with marinara, mozzarella, pepperoni, and sausage. The vegan edition uses vegan cheese, vegan pepperoni, and vegan sausage crumbles.
