Roundup Rodeo BBQ sits right in the middle of Toy Story Land at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and it’s one of the most fun table-service meals at Walt Disney World. Here’s the full guide: the menu, the pricing, and how the all-you-care-to-enjoy format actually works.

How it works and what it costs

Roundup Rodeo BBQ opened in March 2023, and it’s been a Toy Story Land favorite ever since. The format is the big draw. It’s all-you-care-to-enjoy, so one fixed price covers appetizers, a family-style skillet of smoked meats and plant-based mains, a spread of sides, and dessert. You order as much as you want, and the kitchen keeps the skillet coming. The price runs $49 per adult and $27 per child, plus tax and gratuity. Disney dining reservations open 60 days ahead, and this room fills fast, so book early. If you’re hungry after a morning on Slinky Dog Dash, this is the table you want.

Appetizers

Every table starts with The Prospector’s Homemade Cheddar Biscuits with Sweet Pepper Jelly, and they set the tone. Alongside them you get the Rootin’ Tootin’ Tomato Salad, a plant-based option, plus Wheezy’s Fruit Salad for something lighter. I like that the openers already give kids and pickier eaters an easy win.

The Main Skillet

The house-smoked platter is the star. It brings Evil Dr. Smoked Ribs, Buttercup’s Beef Brisket, There’s a Sausage in my Boot fire-grilled pork sausage, and BBQ Chicken with Style. Guests who skip meat get Trixie’s Plant-Based Trio, which includes Combat Carloflower with harissa drizzle and walnut gremolata, a plant-based bratwurst, and the Rip Roarin’ Rib Chop made with Impossible Beef.

Sides

The sides read like a Toy Story roll call: Potato Barrels, Slinky Doooooooooog’s Mac and Cheese, Cowpoke Corn on the Cob, The Claw Veggie Slaw, and Buckin’ Baked Beans. They all come family-style, so you can keep whatever hits hardest coming back to the table.

Desserts and Drinks

Dessert is individually portioned, which keeps it feeling special. The lineup runs Bo’s Seasonal Cheesecake, Billy’s Chocolate Silk Pie, Goat’s Banana Cream Pie, the plant-based Gruff’s Strawberry Shortcake, and the photo-ready Cupcake a la Forky. Adults can add cocktails like the Whinnyin’ Whiskey Lemonade, the Coal’d Fashioned, the Prickly Spur Long Island, or Molly’s Frozen Berry Splash. For a zero-proof pick, the Partysaurus Tex delivers.

Is it worth it?

The theming lands as hard as the food. You eat inside Andy’s backyard playset, surrounded by oversized game boxes, building blocks, and classic Toy Story characters, so it plays as well for adults chasing nostalgia as it does for little ones. Pair it with a walk through the latest Toy Story food and merch across Disney Parks and Toy Story Land becomes a full afternoon.

If you’re mapping out a Hollywood Studios day, check the live Hollywood Studios wait times before you commit to a lunch slot, and reserve early since this room fills fast. For more spots to eat across the resort, my guide to the best restaurants at Walt Disney World in 2026 covers every budget.
