Jock Lindsey’s Halloween Hangar Bar has returned to Disney Springs with a new seasonal menu and Halloween décor from August 11 through November 9, 2026. It’s serving six savory dishes alongside cold-brew cocktails, margaritas and candy-topped drinks.

If you’re visiting before the run ends, you’ll find pumpkin scarecrows at the entrance and jack-o’-lanterns hanging above the diving bell. The rest of the bar draws from Jock’s collection of 1940s-style decorations and aviation memorabilia.
The 2026 Halloween food menu
The menu has six savory dishes. For me, the Candelabra Eggs are the best idea: deviled eggs with crispy fried chicken, sweet-and-tart pepper sauce and aji amarillo custard.

Dark Forest Dip combines roasted mixed mushrooms, baby rainbow carrots and hummus with toasted pumpkin seeds and pita. Bone Kebabs pair pork and beef kebabs with prosciutto, creamy tomato sauce and katifi straws.
Midnight Mayhem Popcorn Chicken brings together crispy fried chicken, candied bacon, spiced walnuts and popcorn under hot honey sauce. Skull of the Dead Dip features barbacoa beef, cheddar sauce and spicy fried onion straws with plantain chips.
Ailen Invader Sliders round out the food menu. Each cheddar-chive biscuit holds crispy Nashville hot fried chicken, sliced provolone and dill pickle slices, with queen olives on top.
Cold brew, margaritas and Halloween candy
Fright of the Espresso comes in three cold-brew versions. One uses pumpkin spice liqueur and a pumpkin spice garnish. Another mixes Kahlúa, Tito’s Handmade Vodka, Baileys Original Irish Cream Liqueur and salted caramel syrup, finished with caramel popcorn. The third combines Kahlúa, Tito’s and toasted marshmallow syrup with candy corn marshmallows.

The drinks don’t stop with cold brew. Skull and Sour mixes Jameson Irish Whiskey, Bols Peach Schnapps Liqueur, lemon juice and pumpkin spice syrup. Green apple juice-filled pearls and gummy strands sit on top.
Temple of Doom Margarita combines Patrón Silver Tequila, Bols Blackberry Brandy, blackberry purée, habanero-lime syrup and lime juice. It comes with a black sugar rim, blackberries and cherries.

Midnight Relic uses Tito’s Handmade Vodka, ube syrup, cream of coconut and lemon juice with edible glitter. Viper’s Nest mixes DOLE Pineapple Juice, white cranberry juice, green apple syrup and blue curaçao syrup. Sprite and butterfly pea extract complete the drink, which is topped with green apple juice-filled pearls and gummy candy.
Vintage decorations and Disney references

The entrance to Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar has pumpkin scarecrows, including one flying an airplane in Jock’s image. Inside, vintage Beistle-style black cat decorations watch over the room from a far corner.

A weathered Bigelow’s Air Circus banner references the 1991 Disney film The Rocketeer. Another reference appears on a South Seas Club coaster.
Reggie’s cage is empty again. Nearby retro blow molds glow with expressive faces, while 1940s-style tinsel garland crosses Jock’s treasures and a banner commemorating his National Air Races victory.
The Indiana Jones connection is direct: Jock is the adventurer’s barnstorming pilot. His story places him at Disney Springs in 1938 after a mythology-based lead brought him to Central Florida. He purchased waterfront property, built an airplane hangar and filled it with references to Indiana Jones and the Society of Explorers and Adventurers.
Elsewhere at Disney Springs, the Halloween season includes shops with super hero costumes, live music with a seasonal twist and other Halloween-inspired menus.
