Disney Parks Blog published the 2026 EPCOT International Food and Wine Festival Foodie Guide on August 19, 2026.

The festival runs August 27 through November 21, 2026, at EPCOT. Disney Eats posted the menus on the official blog. Disney said this year marks 30 years of the festival. The guide marks 30 items that returned or got reimagined.

Disney’s intro names two returning dishes first. Forest & Field still serves Pumpkin-Mascarpone Ravioli.

Australia still serves the Grilled Bushberry-spiced Shrimp Skewer.

Gyozas of the Galaxy adds new Basil Pesto Chicken Dumplings.

Hops & Barley adds a new Smoked Brisket and Cheddar Melt. That melt puts chopped smoked brisket and cheddar sauce on a potato roll.

Emile’s Fromage Montage is back. Disney said cheese dishes in the stroll carry a cheese mark in the guide. Guests collect Festival Passport stamps by buying five of those items. Disney said the finished card redeems at Shimmering Sips for a festival treat.

CommuniCore Hall also gets a Cheers to Cheese exhibit. Disney said that exhibit runs September 18 through November 8. The new Wedge marketplace, hosted by Dairy Does More, sits there. Disney listed a Selection of Cheeses with Proudly Wisconsin Cheese accompaniments. Crab and Corn Macaroni and Cheese is new at The Wedge. Disney noted that dish first appeared at Farm Fresh in 2015.

The Wedge also serves Three-Cheese Macaroni and Cheese. Cheesesteak Macaroni and Cheese adds shaved beef, peppers, and onions. A new Cannoli Milk Shake gets chocolate shavings, a cannoli shell, and a cherry.

Disney printed later start dates for several stands. Festival Favorites opens September 9 in CommuniCore Hall. New Bo Ssam Pork Belly Lettuce Wraps return a 2010 South Korea dish.

That booth also brings back Potato Pierogi from Poland in 1996. It lists Pumpkin Cheesecake Mousse Trifle from 2011 at Hops & Barley. Coastal Eats starts October 2 near Creations Shop. Earth Eats starts the same day near the Land Pavilion. India, near China, also starts October 2. The Alps, near Germany, starts October 2 as well. India lists Potato-Pea Samosas, first served in 2005. It also lists Chicken Tikka Masala, first served in 2004. The Alps returns Warm Raclette Swiss Cheese from 1997.

Gyozas of the Galaxy still lists Street Corn-style Dumplings. Australia still lists the bushberry shrimp skewer. The Alps still lists Kirschwasser Torte.

World Showcase menus add more named plates Disney printed. Mexico adds Tostada de Osso Buco. It also brings back Taco de Camaron from 2010. China lists a Dumplings Trio first served in 1996. Germany adds Wiener Schnitzel and keeps Apple Strudel from 1996. Japan returns a Spicy Temaki Hand Roll from 1996. France still lists Trio d’Escargots from 1996. Canada still serves Cheddar and Bacon Soup from 2000. Spain lists Paella Caldoso, first served in 1997. Belgium brings back a Belgian Waffle from 2010. Brazil lists Pão de Queijo, introduced in 1999. Greece lists Chicken Souvlaki Gyro from 1997. Hawai’i still serves a Slow-roasted Pork Slider from 2012.

Connections Eatery adds BBQ Braai Chicken Pizza. It also adds Caramel-Apple Cheesecake Baumkuchen. Brew-Wing Lab at the Odyssey lists Buffalo-Dill Pickle wings. It also lists Garlic-Parmesan, Korean Barbecue, and Carolina Reaper Pepper-Curry. That stand also keeps the Pickle Milk Shake from 2023. Sunshine Seasons adds a Mickey-shaped Celebration Macaron. Joffrey’s adds Affogato alle Mandorle Cold Brew at American Adventure. Dolce Affogato Cold Brew is near Disney Traders. Notte di Caramello Cold Brew sits between UK and Canada. Affogato di Marshmallow Cold Brew is near Cosmic Rewind.

Disney also sells Mickey Mouse and Donald Duck gift card wristlets during the festival. Activation starts at $15. Disney said they work at Global Marketplaces and anywhere a Disney Gift Card is accepted.

The June concert post has the Eat to the Beat dates. The site already covers Food and Wine in the February festivals guide.

Disney Parks Blog says all offerings are subject to change and availability.

Shark Take: I read the start dates first. Several booths on this guide do not open August 27.
